lawlz, Waterz is half correct. its a very layered anime its super awsum cuz you dont kno wat comes next :O but yeah...its just a bunch of teenagers getting messed up and tangled with gangs and they dont know that they're in diff. gangs and stuff, and then theres some guy who's making them all hate each other, and yes, he <3's to step on ppl's cellphones x3 and he's awsum....and the gf part, im not so sure? X-X maybe i guess...but yeah
