apprintice to a knight

It was a cloudy day, cose to raining, that explains the lack of people outside. That would also explain why Enya was in this situation. Usually she wouldn't be bothered like this, due to the fact that the streets are usually filled with people, most of which would help stop this. But now here she was ,bleeding from the mouth, dizzy, and six older boys and two girls around her. They were a group of thieves, muggers, pick pockets, low lives.

And Enya had gotten her hands on some money, very legally of course.

The leader stepped forward. "Alright now, hand it over and we won't cut your hands open to take it."

Enya, wiping the blood away from her mouth, made sure the bag filled with her money was safely tied to her belt. She then ran forward, angling her charge so her shoulder rammed into the leader's ribs. The breath was knocked out of him as he was sent flying to the ground. The other seven moved in.

Enya threw her left foot up and kicked another boy in the gut, doubling him over, she then swung her fist in an upper cut, sending him to the ground with a broken nose. She turned and punched the third boy in the face, making him stumble back. She then was grabbed from behind by one of the girls, who she elbowed in the gut, makign her let go while Enya punched the fifth boy in the nose, knocking him out.

It was after that the group managed to get a grip on her. The remaining four members had her pinned. The biggest, now self proclaimed leader, growled. "We were just going to take your money, but now we're gonna take it and cut you to pieces." He drew a knife.

Enya struggled, kick in one of the boys in the face hard enough to knock him out, and slammed the second girl into the wall of the building next to them. The last two boys looked ready to kill her, but stopped as they looked over her shoulder. Their eyes widened, and they ran.

She blinked in confusion.

"Your a pretty good fighter." A male voice said from behind her

Enya turned around and found herself face to face with a man. He wore the silver armor of a knight, two short swords hung on his back. He wore no helmet though.

He was holding the original leader by the scruff. The boy had tried to attack her from behind, but the man had silently knocked him out again.

"Eight people against one, and you take out six of them, I bet you could have taken those two." He pointed to the fleeing duo. "Did you teach yourself to fight like that?"

"Yes actually." Enya noddedrespectfully. "Had to since this happens a lot."

"Indeed." The man nodded with a small smile while he dropped the leader. "What is your name?"

"Enya." Enya said as she bowed her head.

"Please, do not bow." The knight put a hand on her shoulder, she slowly looked up.

"I am Anton." Anton said.

"You're a knight." She said.

"I get that a lot." The man, Anton, said.

There was silence for a moment, one of the thugs groaned and tried to get up, only for Enya to kick him in the side, making him sta ydown. Anton said. "Enya, I have been looking for an......apprentice. As you know most if not all knights tend to choose a boy despite some very good reasons not to, involving favoritism towards family and gender, but....after how you had shown your fighting abilities, I would be honored if you would be my apprentice."

Enya's eyes widened. Her? An apprentice? To a knight? Tht meant in a few years, after her training was complete, she herself could be a knight!

All of the knights were men, Enya knew her becomign a knight might either create an upset or a legend. She smiled and said. "I'd be honored to Sir Anton!"

She hugged him around the waist, hard.

"Ow."

Anton had finally realized just 'how' strogn Enya was that day, and he realized how much it cost to fix a crack in his armor.

Felix looked through his hood. his hood was made out of speical cloth. he could see out, but no one could see in. he glanced up, and saw a gril in a tree. he took no notice, and continued on.

He entered a shop, and walked out eating a small loaf of bread.

Ethan was walking through the town with his hands by his sides. His cloak flapped around a bit in the wind but his hood like always stayed covering his entire face except his mouth. "Where did that boy go?" He wondered as he looked around for Felix. ~I swear I don't even remember why I made him my apprentice.~

Anton was sitting outside his house, sharpening his swords. He looked at the blade, smiled, and sheathed it. He got up and hung the sheaths on his back. He grabbed his arm blade and attached it to his left arm, sliding his left sleeve over it.

Code hopped off Griphon, telling him to wait in elvish tounge, and giving him a quick pet, then looking around the hill. He saw nothing, but sensed something...

He quickly ran and hopped back on his horse, riding towards town.

Felix flinched as he bumped into his mentor, Ethan. Okay, maybew it was alittle hard to see out of his hood, but he couldnt take it off.

"sorry" he mumbled, as a small street urchin boy came up, and grabbed the bread from his hands. Felix pulled out a knife, and prepared to throw it at the boy.

Ethan grabbed Felix's wrist and pulled the knife out. "If you attack a street urchin because of bread then you'll never become a knight." He said calmly as he let go Felix's wrist and handed the knife back to him. "You still have a lot to learn." He said calmly as he shook his head in disappointment.

enya yawned she sighed just thin she hurt a loud crack as the limd under her snapped with nothing to grab on to to help her self as she fell from the high tree she now she was going to ger hurt whin she hit the growld but she maneged to grab the only branch wich was still about 30 foot in the air ~ oh god why do i have to be scared of heights ~ she thought as she got her legs wrapped arown the brace so she was handing there with her ans and legs around the branch

Felix snatched the knife, and put it back in thw wrist band. ~hes got it so easy~ Felix thought in anger. ~ he couldn't last a day in my life~ Felix sighed."so, what are we doing today?" Felix asked, then he saw the girl dangling from a banch. "you needd some help?" he called out.

Anton, having left his house earlier and gone to the forest, saw Enya's situation. He smiled in amusement a bit and called up. "The trees giving you trouble Enya?"

Ethan moved his head to face the girl and sighed as he bent his head down and walked over. "Jump. I'll catch you." he said calmly as he stood there. "Besides I owe Anton and this way I can pay him back." He said quietly to himself. He then looked over at Anton. "I suggest helping your apprentice." He said calmly as he shook his head. ~This day is going from bad to worse.*

" trouble ? trouble's not the question.. the question is CAN YOU GET ME THE CRUD OUT OF THIS STUPED TREE!" she cryed she was realy scar now hights was the one top thing she was scard of

"i could get her" felix said, showing his wings. Ok, so being part angel hads its benifits, and having sweet wings was one of them. But then agina, he was the last of his kind, atleast that he knew of.

Wolf got up and rubbed shadow to wake him up. When he got up, they went through the town, shadow staying in the shadows. Wolf made his way to one of the gates as a man with a horse shot through, right by him.

Code had almost hit a boy, so he skid to a stop "I am sorry!" He yelled out.

"Woah" Wolf said, chasing after him "can I ride with you for a bit" He asked.

"Yes, hurry" code said, pulling him up on the horse on the back, then darting.

"WOOAAAAAAHHOOOO" Wolf said while riding, holding on to code.

Code then skid to a stop, riding towards the castle as fast as he could.

Felix looked at his menotr. "I could get her." he offered agian. He sneezed,and his hood popped up for a second. Felix hoped it wasent long enough for anyone to see his face. his horribly, ugly, scard face.

Alright alright I'll get her down. Enya, just don't get tired before I get up there, a fall that high isn't too painless!" Anton dropped his swords and started to climb.

enya felt the limb start to brake " oh god this is not by day she sighed" as the limb snapped she yelped leting go of it and fliped as it flew down past her it slamed in to the growd just befor she did " ow!" she cryed

Anton winced and pushed off of the tree, landing near Enya. He said as he crouched next to felix, ready to use his own med kit. "Maybe I should just cancel todays training."

enya was shaken and a bit burzed but other than that she was ok or so she thought" no no.. i--im ok" she said tacking his hand and got up a sharp pain shot up her ar " ow!" she cryed cluching her arm " it is so not my day" she sighed " mybe i shudent have clibd that tree.. iv dune it ever other day and nuthing happen " she sighed her arm hurt

"Well, atleast there's no permenant damage." Anton sighed before he put a hand on her head. He paused. "I'm sure the medical kit won't be necessary." His hand started to glow, it was one of the natural abilities of his race, the ability to heal, as he was healing Enya right now.

" thanks anton" enya sighed " why must i be scard of hights.. i always hurd knights where not afrad of anything" enya sighed

"SIR!!!!!" Code shouted, going through a long hall on his horse "Your majesty!!" He said infront of the king, jumping off, bowing.

Wolf did the same, trying not to be noticed.

" hello code.. what is it?" king kno asked as she looked up at code as he come in " and who is this?" he asked looking at wolf

There is no time sir, a Peasent, Sir" He said.

"I have sensed a presence of evil and cruel will coming from the west fields" He said "Sir, this may sound odd" Code stopped "But I have a strong feeling the town will not survive if it is not prepared, we need all our best knights and warriors ready" He said, hoping not to be called crazy

" how can you tell?" knox asked looking back at code as he nided to one of hi gurda to go find the knights

"Sir, I sense a dark presence" He said "I cannot explain it" he added

"ok.. ill inform my army.. wh dont you go find you some food.. if anyone is in that kicen thats not supost to be in there bing thim to me " knox said

Sir...Yes sir" Code said, thinking it sounded odd, but obeying orders.

"May I lead the army sir? I would be able to know where the enemy is" He said, wanting to lead an army, as he hadn't in a very long time, never at this kingdom.

Felix took a step into the feilds, and looked out. he saw what seemed to be a huge black cloud moving aloung the ground. He dropped the bag, and ran back to the castle. he bursted into the kings room. "t-there is something coming!" he said.

" yes you may"knox said" i know code alredy informed me"

what shoudl i do?" he asked the King. "im i needed to fight?" he asked. then he noticed Ethan. ~oh great..its mister happy go lucky~ he thought.

"Thank you sir" He said, when the other came in he quickly got up "Sir, they are already here, I will summon the knights on my way out that I can, I fear many lives will be lost in this battle" Code said, getting on his horse, that had been bowing the whole time, and pulling wolf up on him. He rushed out of the castle, dropping him off outside.

"Sir, may I come?" He asked

Code looked at him "I am sorry but this fight will be too dangerous" He said, then riding his horse out of the western gate yelling "ALL KNIGHTS GATHER OUT OF THE WEST GATE READY FOR BATTLE!!!"

"everyone that can fight must fight.. get the people that cant to safty " knox said

Code ran, when hearing wolf yell for him he slowed and pulled wolf up on his horse "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!" He yelled, pulling out his sword and slashing a spear out of the way "YOU'LL GET KILLED!" He added

"I want to be in a real fight!" He yelled, pulling out his dagger type sword

"your majesty" yarus said and the king said "what" and said "there is a battle happening a miles away from the castle" and the king said to enya "enya go with yarus and alert you mentor"

yes my king" enya said as she looked up at him

Code ducked under a sword being sliced "YOU HAVE TO GO!" He yelled.

Wolf yelled "NO!" Jumping into the air, off the horse, then, transforming into a large demon shape, landing on a few troops. He grabbed one and crushed another with it.

"HOLY-" Code said as his horse was hit, knocking him off.

Code crawled to his horse, defending the downed friend.

Wolf began to fight, until he fell on his knees forward, turning into his normal self, unconscious.

Code had a spear with only splinters, no head, stabbed into him through his armor in the weak point, right in the middle.

Wolf was grabbed by a friendly knight and taken back to the castle and layed in a medic's med room.

Code continued to fight, cutting legs of people, stuck on his knees.

an attacker went to stab his horse but code grabbed the spear and broke it.

Standing up, he picked up a spear and shoved it at various soldiers, killing many.

As his vision blurred he fell...

Griphon got up and grabbed him, dragging him back to town, dropping him in the doctors building, then waiting outside...sleeping...

enya was fighting like mad she was in the form of a huge tiger.. course no one not evin Anton know she was a shapeshifter " die introters!" she grawled

Ethan moved his head down to the tiger. "You sound familiar......Forget it. I'll worry about that later." he said calmly as he slammed a soldier's head into the ground that was about to swing a sword at Enya. "Just help me fight." He said calmly as he put his hand out to the side and a long black sword appeared in his hand. "It's a good thing I can still call this." He said quietly as he sliced a soldier in half.

i sound familyer becuse im a friend "enya said looking at him " but im not telling you who i am!" she said running back in to the fight

Ethan sighed as he cut down another soldier. "D-mn I am either going to die out here or I'll be turned again." He said calmly as he thrust the sword through a soldier's chest. As he slowly pulled it out he saw a man with black wings flying down toward the tiger. "Hey watch out!" He yelled as he ran toward them. He got cut off though and surrounded by some of the army. "D-mn, This isn't good."

enya yelped turning back human " help!" she cryed " let me go!" she said trying to get free

The hawk like man sighed as he moved her around as she changed. "Stop moving around. I don't feel like having you die because you got dropped." He said calmly as he flew up higher.

enya realized how high she was that got her evin more she was just to triffid of hites to stay calm passed out

Ethan sighed and looked back at the hawk man. "Do you know any spells to get me up there?" He asked in a serious tone as he looked back at a man. "I can already tell your an arcane." He said calmly as he made his sword disappear

"Aye, I do. Just stand still for a moment. Tell me, do you know how to fly?" Cadvin's hands crackled blue. "Uh, too late!" He thrust them at Ethan, and the energy arced, sending him hurtling towards the flying man at 50 miles per hour. He would stop a few feet before him; he might loose his lunch though. If (When) he fell, he would land softly, as if on a pile of cushions. Magi-Fluf cushions

The hawk man flew back to the black king's castle and through and window into the throne room. "Your majesty I have a little present for you." He said calmly as he threw the girl down in front of the king. "I was surprised though. There was a man of my race there." he continued. "Should I head back and return the man back to here?"

Ethan missed the man by a few feet and was sent flying toward the ground. He shook his head and straightened his body. He landed softly but crouched down and started to cough up blood again. "D-mn I was so close."

the black king laughed eyeing enya thing back at the man " that wont be necessary i got what i wanted the army can retreat now" the black king laughed as he pucked enya up buy he back of the short thin dragged her to a room and threw her in and locked the door and had 3 guards guard the door

The hawk man disappeared.

Ethan fell to his stomach still coughing up blood. "D-mn.....This can't be happening.....not now." He said calmly as his body began to glow. His back glowed a silver glow and two silver demonic wings grew from his back. He slowly got up his arms dangling in front of him. His body was hunched over. He looked up at they sky and the Hawk man from before was there. Ethan flew up at a blinding speed and sliced the man in half. Ethan then began to hover there.

Ethan then took off toward the black knights castle. He landed on the window into the throne room. "Your Majesty." He said calmly as he sat there crouched down on the windowsill.

" RETREET!" the black kinda army leader called as he turned and ran along with the remaining knights that all headed back to the castle


there was a small panther in the mist of the retreat who didnt fool them she was with this she was against this ~ dont worry sister i will help save you~ it thought turning human there stood a girl 3 years younger than enya but looked alot like her Sept her hair was white her eyes where and cold as ice and she where a long white dress she also had wings of an angel she held a long sword in her hand wich looked as if it was made from light

Ethan jumped down and he spread his silver demonic wings out. "It's good to be back." He said calmly as he stood there. "So tell me. Why did you have your own daughter kidnapped?" he asked as he looked over at the three guards. "Only three? Honestly do you really think that a Knight would have trouble with three guards?"

" she is strong and quick.. she is the type i need for my army.. besides she belongs here and not there training to be one of my enemy's "the black king said " yes but they are my best and strongest" the said

Ethan chuckled for a moment before he began to cough up blood. "Your majesty even in my weakened state I would still be able to easily take them down." he said calmly as he wrapped his silver wings around him. "So what happened to your other daughter?" He asked as he looked around. "But do you really think that making her part of the army is a good idea? They could capture her and return her to their side."

you mean elamay.. dont evin talk about he shes a trader" the black king snapped " if you see her i order you to kill her" he said " not whin im trew with her she wont ever remimber she was on there side"

Ethan nodded. "Sure but it's Traitor not trader your majesty." He said calmly as he crossed his arms. "Aren't your worried about her trying to rescue Enya? After all she's been able to before hasn't she?" he asked as he placed his right hand over his mouth and began to cough up blood again. ~Just a little while longer and I can get her out of here.~ Ethan thought as he waited for an answer from the king.

" dont carect me!" the black king growled " and i can bill with eleamay she to weak to fight me or my guards or evin you" he laughed



"thats what you think!" eleamay said fliping in trew the window " you can tack my home.. you can tack my pride but whin it comes to my famely not evin you can tack that father" eleamay graowled pulling out her light sword

Ethan chuckled when he saw her. "Oh this should be good." He said calmly as he waited to see what would happen. "Well your majesty what will you do?" he asked in a mocking tone. "If I remember correctly you were never able to take control over your children. Quite sad really." He said in a mocking tone as he let his arms hang by his sides.

" shut up Ethan!" the black king snapped jumping up he pulled out his sword " you going to help me fight her or youu just going to try and mack me evin more mad?"

Ethan chuckled. "I'll just watch. I want to see if you can take control for once." He said calmly as he took out his long black sword. He jumped forward and disappeared into a black haze. He then re-appeared in front of the guards slicing them all in half. "Idiots." He said calmly as he looked back. "Take care of your father I'll get Enya." he said as he broke down the door.

the king swung his sword at eleamay who easyly moved out of the way " you a poor acsuse for a knight" the king growled " im not a knight IM A RANGER!" eleamay said as she swung her sword at him but he blocked it " i ranger! " the king laughed " thay dont ecsist there just a myth" he said " ih ya!" eleamay said knocking the sword from his hands and kicked him down.. thin knocked him out

Ethan walked up to Enya and sighed. "Come on let's go." he said calmly as he started to shake her. "Wake up." he said quietly. He put his sword away and spread his wings. ~She better wake up soon. I don't feel like fighting any soldiers to rescue another knight's apprentice

eleamay ran up " we must go" she said picking up enya thin ran out the door leeping out of the window and headed for knox

As Ethan jumped down to them he spread his wings and flew above them. "I can get us there faster." he said as his silver wings disappeared and he ran behind her. He then grabbed her and jumped forward into a black haze.

They came back out in the castle's courtyard. He let go of her when he came back out. "You okay?" he asked curiously as he made sure his hood was still covering his whole face except for his mouth

" ya im ok" elamay said " you cant hide the fact your scared from me.. i can tell .. your not the only one " she said moving her hair from the left side of her face wish was scared vary badly so bad that she had gone blind in her left eye

Ethan shook his head. "No trust me your fine. I justdon't like people to see my real face." he said calmly as he let his arms hang at his sides. "You could say I look more like I was made then born." He said calmly as he took off his right hand glove showing stitches all across his hand and wrist. He then put the glove back on a moment later. "I know of Enya but what is your name?"

" my name is eleamay" eleamay said with a smile " and i dont care what people look like what matter is whats inside how they acted" she said

Ethan chuckled. "I guess you're right." He said calmly as he held out his hand to her. "My name is Ethan. I guess you could call me a knight." He said calmly as he gave a smile

elamay smiled to as she shook his hand " nice to meet you" she said " im a ranger.. well that's what we call our group where like knight but where more stealth and agility.. kinda like enya but she never wanted to join us she wanted to be knight.. and which im happy to say shes ges what she wants in a few years" elamay said still smiling

Ethan chuckled. "A ranger eh? Well I wish I could have joined but not because I am a Knight. I probably can't join because of my sickness." He said as he started to cough up blood onto his other hand.

" dang.. what kinda sickness is it my be i can help.. besides.. i am 1/2 angel" she said with a smile

Ethan shrugged. "Don't know what it is." he said calmly as he looked up at they sky. "Only half angel? Funny you look just like a full blooded angel." He continued as he relaxed his body. "Anyway I can cure the sickness I just need a special herb I haven't been able to find. It's called Snake Balm. It's like a snake it long and slender and smooth it one direction and rough in the other." he said calmly as he looked back at her.

" i got some of that" eleamay said we use it for wonds" she said pulling some out of her bag " you lucky thats all i had left" she said " sometimes i think i am a full blooded angel"

Ethan smiled and nodded. "Thanks I'll pay you back later." He said calmly as he took out a vial with a blue liquid. He took the cork out and put the Snake Balm in. He then put the cork back on and shook the vial. It turned a dark green color. "This should do it." He said as he drank the liquid down. When he finished the last of it his body glowed a bright silver for a moment before returning to normal. "So about these Hunters. Who's your leader?" he asked curiously as he put the vial away.

"well sins my master died everyone voted me as leader.. so i gess im leader" eleamay said

Ethan tilted his head and bowed a bit. "Quite interesting. You definitely showed why your leader then back at the castle. I must say that I didn't expect the King to get beaten that easily." he said calmly as he placed his hands in his cloak's pockets. "Hmmmm Since my apprentice thinks I am heartless I could probably just leave the Knights. Mind if I join you?"

id be honored if you join us we are always looking for new members... but of course you still have to train to be one of use" she said " and my father my look strong but he is weak "

Ethan nodded. "I wouldn't have it any other way." he said calmly as he looked back up at they sky for a moment before returning his attention to Enya. "Are you going to take her with you when we leave or are you going to leave her here with her mentor?" Ethan then chuckled. "Yea but I can still tell your strong. Beauty and strength. A winning combination."

she belongs here with her minor as i belong we the rangers " elamay said she blushed a bit " thanks for the complamint my apprentice" eleamay said with a smile

Ethan shrugged. "No problem. That's how I was with my last mentor." He then chuckled. "It's funny my mentor is always a girl. Lucky me I guess." He said with a smile. "So when does this training start?"

" later " eleamay said " we 1st need to see if thay will ecspet you as i have" eleamay said heading for the woods " oh do not look dakota in the eyes he may be small and look weak but do not get on his bad side .. i lurnd that the hard what " she said

Ethan shrugged. "How will he tell? My eyes are always closed and under this hood." he said calmly as he followed. "So how many people are in the rangers?"

she can sins it..reson i say this is becuse shes blind" eleamay said " and about 15 " she said

Ethan shrugged. "Alright then." He said calmly as he let his arms hang by his sides. "Well I hope they accept me like you did." He said calmly as he sighed. "Well this should be interesting at least." he said calmly as he followed beside her.

" thay shude"eleamay said with a smile " there all nice once you get to know thim " eleamay said

eleamay had left enya by anton's house she was still passed out

Ethan stretched his arms as he walked. "Well if they're anything like you then I am sure everything will be fine." He said with a calm tone as he flicked a dagger out of his right sleeve and started to balance it on the tip of the blade on his right index finger

Anton was sitting in an empty room, eyes closed. He opened one eye as an open window let in a scent. He slowly got up and leaped through, spotting Enya. "Enya!" He ran over to her and scooped her up in his arms, and carried her inside and to an empty room.

enya moned she started to wake up she opened her eyes a bit " anton? wait how did i get here last thing i remimber was i was like 200 feet in the air some hawk guy that works for my father had me" she said with a nither mone " my head hurts i fill like he droped me or something"

Ethan stretched his arms as he walked. "Well if they're anything like you then I am sure everything will be fine." He said with a calm tone as he flicked a dagger out of his right sleeve and started to balance it on the tip of the blade on his right index finger

It must have only been a dream Enya." Anton said before he went to work on healing her. "You most likely got hurt in a fight and limped to here, I found you outside."

but.. i know it was real.. it had to be.."enya shook her head she moned passing out agian

Anton sighed as he finished healing her. ~Just get some rest Enya. It'll help when you wake up.~ He left the room, leaving the door open a bit.

eleamay soon got to the cabim where the rangers stayed " here we are " she said walking in " hello master eleamay" everyone said with a bow " good evening my felow clan mates .i would like you to meet my new apprintes Ethan " she said

Ethan bowed and kept his hood covering his face. His head was facing to the side so he wasn't looking at anyone. ~For some reason I feel like I am going to have trouble making them trust me.~ He thought as he placed his hands in his cloak pockets.

" hello Ethan " everyone said " you sem afrad why is that?" sparta asked limping up " hello sparta" eleamay said


enya moned as she started to wake back up she still felt like someone had droped her from 200 feet

Ethan shook his head. "I am not afraid. I just don't trust people easily." He said calmly. He was lying but no one would be able to tell. "May I ask your names?" He asked curiously to them all

" Ethan this i sparta , that guy by the fire is dakota.. the twinz are over there i dont know there names .. others i am still learning" elamay said

Ethan bowed again. "Hello there. I hope you all can trust me." he said with a calm tone as he leaned against the wall next to the door. "I hope I don't cause offense if I act cold at times." He said as he bowed his head and crossed his arms.

" if elea trusts you we trust you" sparta said " well said master sparta" elamay said " i mistakingly told you 1 thing wring Ethan my mentor is not dead sparta was mt monitor be for he became to old to lead us and i had completed my training i just allow him to stay because he is still a member of the rangers" elemay said

Anton waited by the door of Enya's room, arms crossed. He thought about what she had said. ~Either an odd dream, or an even weirder event.~ He looked at the hilt of one of his blades. *Best keep a close eye on her incase wha tshe said is true and whatever had her comes back~

Ethan nodded. He then stood there for a moment before nodding again. He brought his hood down and shook his head to get his messed up on purpose. He had a cloth covering his eyes. He removed it and opened his eyes to look at everyone. "It's a pleasure." He said calmly as he brushed his right ahnd through his hair.

" Ethan ill be back enya needs my help" eleamay said befor she teliported her self to where enya was

enya sow eleamay apeer " elea? she said trying to sit up

" no enya dot try to sit up.. youll be ok just let anton heal you" she said

"She's right, it's hard for anybody to heal while the patient keeps moving around." Anton said as he focused on the healing process
" sorry" enya said she just lay there she was starting to fill a little better she waited so she cude talk with elea a little better

Ethan sighed and looked at everyone. ~This is awkward.~ He thought as he went to the door. "I'll be right outside. In case you need me." He said calmly as he walked outside and over to a tree. He jumped up and laid down on a branch. He placed his hands behind his head and let his legs dangle over the sides

Anton soon stood up. "Ok, it's finished, you can sit up now." He sat in a chair and looked between Elea and Enya.

elea smiled as enya got up and hugged her " good to see you awake enya.. don't think you would.. your lucky i followed that thing that got you or our father would had turned you to his side "elamay said " i doubt he cube do that " enya laughed " enya im serious shes stronger now he can i was just lucky enough to knock him out long enough to save you" elamay said " ya.. thanks sis" enya smiled hugging eleamay agian

sparta walked out side " hello Ethan " he said lening aginst the tree he dident look up " dont like to be arownd people a?" he asked

Ethan shook his head and jumped down. "No, It just felt awkward seeing as how I don't really know any of you and since Elea left I didn't know what to do here." He said calmly as he flicked his arm and had his dagger come out. He began to flip it up and down in his right hand.

i can see that "sparta said " i was the same way as was elea and everone elce" sparta said

"If you don't mind me asking. How did the Ranger's get started?" He asked curiously as he turned around and threw the dagger at a tree getting stuck in the middle of the trunk. "I also want to know if you don't mind answering was there a leader before you?"

the rangers where started almost 45 years ago when the knights of Knox and tatanuny left there cities that hated fighting and where just wanting to help the ones in need o they teemed up learning new skills as they wint soon they called this shes the rangers.. and yes my father was the leader be for me " sparta said

Ethan nodded as he held his hands up like he was about to shoot an arrow from a bow. "Do you have a bows?" he asked curiously as he let his hands drop. "I haven't shot one in awhile so I wanted to see if I could still use one." he said calmly. "On another note. What is training like for a Ranger. I am sure it's tougher then Knight training after all a regular knight is slow and clumsy in all that stupid armor." He said as he stretched his arms. "I am glad I didn't have to wear that stupid armor. But even so I was always quick on my feet." He said calmly as he looked up at the sky. "So there's the twins, Dakota, You, Elea, Hopefully myself. I wonder what being a Ranger is like?"

" you have to find that out on your own and traning is eayer than a knights if you alredy have the skills that is" sparta laughed

Ethan nodded. "Trust me even back there I was already better then some of those peons." He said calmly as he took out an apple from his right sleeve. He took a bite and sighed. "This may sound strange but have you ever met a man named Leif Lupin?"

" i have not sorry" sparta said he sighed pulling out a dagger with a rope tight to it he threw it up in to a tree thin pulled it out with a fresh pare on it he took it off the dagger and started to eat " i may be blind but that's a skill for rangers i created it " he said

"So that fool is still unheard of. I told him that he wouldn't be able to pull it off." Ethan said calmly as he took another bite of the apple. "Leif Lupin was a good friend of mine and he said that he would try and be just like me but famous. He said that he would start a group and help those in need. Well if you ever see someone dressed just like me then you've seen Leif Lupin the greatest idiot in the world." Ethan said laughing. "Sorry if it bothers you. Your blind? I honestly couldn't tell." He said calmly as he put his other hand out toward his dagger and pulled it back with a great force. The Dagger flew out of the tree and straight into Ethan's sleeve. "I hope I can be a valuable member of the Rangers."

" i may be blind but i know a good ranger whin there arownd and you will mack a grate ranger" sparta said

Ethan bowed. "I hope I can live up to those words." he said calmly as he looked back to sky. "A Ranger.....I hope I can finally repay my debt by helping out here." He said quietly to himself.

well im going back in if you seed me just call"sparta said walking back in side

He nodded and followed. "I'll come inside as well. This way I can meet everyone else." he said as he put his hands in his cloak pockets. ~This should be interesting.~ He thought with a calm look on his face.

enya sighed looking at anton " hey anton can we talk.. theres a few things i like to tell you.. somethings thats i shude have telled you a while back" enya said

( can you gess her secrets? well it will all be revild in the next chapters )

"Very well." Anton said. "Want to talk here or the next room?"

" no we can talk here.. Anton.. the person who kidnapped me works for my father.. who just happens to be the evil black king... i ran away from him years go. as did elea my sister... but there's more to me than you know... im a shapeshifter.. as is my sister.. she almost a full blooded angel.. me im part cat" enya sighed turning her self in to her human cat form

Anton stared with wide eyes, before he said. "The shape shifter part wasn't too hard to guess, it takes one to know one." He went to his wolf form momentarily, and then back, then into a hawk, and then human again.

Scott crept around the shadows of the castle, making sure he wasn't seen. He was supposed to find this girl, the Knight's apprentice, and get rid of her, before she caused too much trouble, and because, with one apprentice gone,it made one less knight, which would be less of a hassle, or so he was told. Scott was sure that she was inside that building though.

Code was laying in his bed, a hole in his chest "How did I get here..." He said, looking around. He was losing blood and his eyes were beginning to blur.

He got up and stumbled out of his house in the woods "I need someone to help, I'm past the point of fixing it myself" He said.

Griphon was there, ready to help him.

After Griphon helped him onto his back, he road for the medical building.

Wolf woke up in someone's bed, He didn't know who's, it looked like the person had recently left. His wounds were treated and there was a glass of water by the bed with a note on it saying "For you".

He looked around, very confused.

"A good idea, if people had known your secret there might have been more groups attacking you instead of random gangs." Anton said. "I might not have had an apprentice by now." He tried to lighten the situation.

enya walked out side with a sight she headed for the guardon to the tree she like to be in becuse it was not up high and she fel safer in that tree than any onter

Scott saw the apprentice leave the castle,and he tailed her,making sure she didn't get to far away. Scott wondered what he should use to finish her off

enya got to the tree and jumped up to the limb and sat down she sighed pulling out her book she cept hid in the tree

Scott took out a good short sized sword,and made sure it was sharp. He tossed it up, and caught it, to see if it would work well enough. Scott tossed the blade towards the tree truck, and the pulled out a long dagger,and tossed it towards the girl

the dagger hit enya she yelped falling backwards out of the tree her head slamming in to the big rock under it she moaned getting up holding her head which was bleeding she pulled the dagger out of her shoulder " big mistakes idiot" she snapped clutching the dagger in her hand

Scott looked at the girl, and then took a dagger of his, and ran towards the tree where his sword was. He didn't neeed that sword to finish her,but it might come in handy.

enya jumped a head of him grabeing his sword be for him " no ya dont" she snapped poiting it at him

Scott jumped back abit and pulled out a normal sword "don't make this harder than it has to be" he said, he hoped that he wouldn't have any abnormal attention drawn towards him,because he wasn't supposed to harm anyone but Enya

enya cept the sword traind on him thay wont far from the cliff my be 4 feet from the edge wih was a good 200 foot drop to vary sharp rocks below

Scott noticed the cliff behind the girl,and he thought that if he leaped foward, adn brought his sword down it would be enough force to knock her off,which should kill her. He slashed at her first with his sword though,as a practice shot

enya backed up a bit ceeping the sword on scott her eyes also she had forgot about the cliff

Scott slide backwards, and then he jumped and slashed his sword down on her,if she was smart,she would block,but it would almost completely put her over the cliff, even if she was as tough as they claimed

Suddenly there was a roar and a large wolf appeared, slamming against the flat side of Scott's blade to send it off course, it landed, leaped back, and landed between Enya and Scott. It had thick black fur, claws, and bright blue eyes. It was Anton in wolf form. He went to his human form and extended his arm blade.

enya was to close to the edge the gownd gave out she fel off the edge with a scream hitting the cliff wall a few times before her limp unconces body slamed to the the rocky floor below

Scott tossed a dagger over the cliff,he wasn't aiming at Enya though,so the blade wouldn't harm her. Scott sheathed his weapons,and decided to head back and recieve his pay,he also secretly hoped that the girl wasn't really dead,but he was forbidden to do anything about it. Scott fled tthe area,before the wolf could attack him again

Damien heard a scream coming from the cliff. He sprinted quickly to cliff in time to see the new apprentice fall off the cliff. He tightened his grip on the sword and walked over towards the man and some sort of wolf creature. One of them had caused this, and Damien wanted to know the details

Ethan walked up to Enya's body. "Now no need to die on us my dear." He said as he took out a vial from his pocket and put it to her lips as he held her head up. The blue liquid went into her mouth. "I wonder if that will affect her?" He wondered as he got up and turned around. He walked off and disappeared into a black haze.

Anton growled at Scott, considering cutting his head off and getting on with it, but his apprentice might be wounded, so he'd deal with him later. He retracted his arm blade and turned, he ran to the cliff, looking down, he saw somebody crouched near Enya. He extended his arm blade again and faced Scott. "And where do you think you're going?" He charged at Scott

Scott glannced back "it was nothing personal" he said to the wolf "I can't live off of nothing,so it's better for me" he said "I could care less about her" he lied,as he faded into the shadows,and disappeared

Leif came up to Enya. "What happened here?" He wondered as he looked up at the cliff. "Was she? No who would do such a thing?" He said worried. "Well I should at least help." He said calmly as he held her head up and he took out a vial. he looked down at her mouth. "Some one already gave her it.....But who?" He wondered but shook his head as he picked the girl up and laid her down up against a tree.

Scott returned to his cult(the people who hired him) and was suddenly attacked. He looked up at the leader, as he was chained by the cult "I did everything you asked" he said "what's this for" he was sort of mad,and freaking out at the same time. the leader walked up to him "Kingdom Law Enforcment" he said "you're under arrest"

Anton roared to the sky in rage. After several moments he retracted his blade and walked to the cliff. He looked down again at Enya

enya moned weakly but she stil did not move she was bleeding vary badly she had also fell in to a light coma

Leif sighed as he tore of the bottom of his shirt and then tore it into strips. He then began to wrap the strips around Eny*'* head. "Not the best thing I should do but it's all I got to work with." He said calmly as he straightened out her body on the ground. He then started to go through his pockets. "Dang where did I put it?"

~Shapeshifter.~ Damien thought to himself. Whoever the man was, he probably knew something about what had happened. "What happened?" He asked softly. He wasn't sure if he really wanted to know, but he felt for some reason that it was somehow his duty to find out what had happened and then...do something about it.

"My apprentice...was ambushed, and I was too slow to do anything." Anton muttered silently. He silently went to his hawk form and flew down the cliff, landing on a log near Enya and returning to human form. He looked at the man tending to her. "Is she ok?"

Leif looked at the man. "I think so but we should get her to a doctor as soon as possible. She was given a potion to slow the bleeding and helped it along with the makeshift bandage. But she still looks pretty banged up. When we move her be very very careful. I don't want to take any chances of hurting her anymore." He said as he slowly pulled her up against the tree.

~More shapeshifting...I wish I was a shapeshifter.~ Damien thought to himself. The apprentice was probably dead, it looked like a long drop down, but it looked like someone was taking care of her. That meant she was probably alive, but the fall would make it hard for her to keep training, maybe even make it impossible. Whoever had done this would pay, although Damien didn't know how he would manage to make such a thing happen. The first step would be to find the man who'd done this, but that could be hard. The castle had its own dungeons, he might find something out there. Damien started walking back into the castle. Whoever was tending to the apprentice would probably know what they were doing. She would probably be okay.

Leif sat there for a moment with his eyes closed. "Ummm I'll fly her there." He said as he stood up and put his arms out to the side. Two silver wings came out from his arms. "Just put her on my back I am great at flying." He said calmly as he waited. "Just be careful when moving her."

Anton nodded and gently picked Enya up. He walked to Leif and put *nya on his back. He looked at Leif. "Need anything to tie her in place? Incase she moves around?"

Leif shook his head. "No I can keep her on my back easily. You can shape shift so join me and keep an eye on her and tell me if anything about her changes." He said as he put her hands together. He had her arms around his neck. He then took off into the sky and quickly came out over the cliff. He looked back for a moment and Enya was still there. He then flew straight. She wouldn't fall off his back now unless she was pushed

enya moned agia still not moveing or wake*** up she was dreaming she know wat was hapening in real life she thought now shes produdly never be a kight she dident know she was just in so much pai to care right thin

Anton ran to the cliff and leaped off, changing into a hawk as he went. He followed Leif at full speed, keeping an eyeo n Enya to make sure she wouldn't fall

Leif dived down and landed in front of a cabin. He was crouched down on the ground and he slowly moved Enya from his back to his arms. He then carried her to the front door and knocked on it with his foot. A doctor then came out and sighed as he took Enya from Leif. Leif then looked back at Anton as he walked through the door. "Don't worry this doctor is great. She'll be fine

Anton, still in hawk form, gave a screech in reply before returning to his human form. He said to Leif. "That was bird speak for 'I'll take your word for it.'"
