I made it on Photoshop by getting a transparent canvas, drawing a chibi cat with a default brush, put a few patches on it, saved it as a .gif file, uploaded the file to photobucket, get the IMG code, came on here, went to this thread, pasted the url in the Quick reply, then clicked send.
