Team Rocket gained the information behind Pokémon evolution.Using this new harnessed power, they mutated it into a virus that broke down the Pokémon heart. And with the other half, they could control these new 'corrupted' Pokémon. Destruction rained upon the regions, and the darkened Pokémon destroyed many towns and cities, proving Team Rocket’s new hold on the world. The Elite Four of every region became under cover agents battling at the Rocket vs. World forfront, and the Pokémon professors disbanned and went into hiding to keep their information safe from Team Rocket. After contact was lost with all three, a new world-wide professor was announced. Now many years later, finally with everything in order and the upper hand of prosperous times, Trainers are setting out to undo these wrongs.
