I'd like to say Bidoof, but then I'd be lying. Uhm, Bonzong is annoying, and Heracross makes me flinch. Oh and Jynx. :I

Uhm. Shinnoh I Guess I cause I know it the best, but the one in Sapphire is slowly getting ahead...

I don't like the Sinnoh Pokemanz all too much, so any before that. Johto though has alot of nice ones.

Twiggy & Tempest. Twiggy can Earthquake the field, and Tempest is safe from it. Then She comes in for a shwoopdawhoop with like Hyper Beam or Dragon Breath.
