For starters, run a virus scan for the hell of it.
Then locate it and try to remove it manually/scan it.
Then do what Icey told you to do to your computer if that fails.

ALSO; Till its removed I'd avoid using like MSN and Aim. If someones computer tries to save convo logs you may send the virus to them.
