But people are lazy, there-for saying as why they might not post, or because in general they can't since their character might not be in the plot, going to square one of saying people need to make more RP's.But they won't concluding my answer of lazy.

That is a point, but it depends on who you are calling lazy. But in my opinion, I wouldn't call it laziness, I would call it lack of interest or failure to care.
