TAKEING A BREAK!

Purestar shook her head once more. 'No Moon. I know for sure. He wants to destroy me like this. It was his plan all along.' She hissed softly. Her eyes forming into slits.

'I have given you a warning. You shouldn't put everyone through this for no reason.' she said in a firm tone of voice.

'Spottedbelly!' she whispered to her gently.

Purestar looked down at her paws with disapointment. 'But...your not dead.' she whispered softly.

'I am deceased from the physical world, yes, but I can communicate with you.' she reassured Purestar.

Purestar shook her head once more, still standing on the high rock. 'No... your hear. Next to me. Your so peaceful. It looks like your not breathing.' she whispered softly. Soon laying on Moonstar's dead body.
She nuzzled her face into Moonstar's corpse. 'You can't be dead...' she whispered as her tears cleared the blood from her face.

Moonstar decided to let Purestar heal on her own.

'Spottedbelly?' she asked TO SPOTTED.

Feeling awkward and reluctant to speak, I murmered something incoherant. I straightened myself up as I took a wary paw step forward in their direction. "You said my name?" I asked.

'Spottedbelly, I want you to take care of Purestar, she isn't well. StarClan will do whatever we can to help. We are always here for you both.'

Purestar lifted her head from the bloody mess. She stared up into Starclan. 'If...if you really are gone...then can I talk to mother to?' she asked, her body shaking slightly.

'Yes you can.' sounded a new voice, Whiteflower's voice.

Purestar's eyes watered, tears falling from her face to her torn paws. 'Mom...' she said softly, her eyes brightening. 'it...it is so good to hear your voice again. I miss you.' she added softly.

I pricked my ears and felt a tremor run down my spine. My fur seemed to stand on end. Awe-struck and fearful, I glanced at Purestar. I kind of prayed that my kits were asleep in the Nursery, as if something terrible would happen at any moment out by the highrock. "Mother?" I murmered vaguely, mimicking Purestar's words in confusion.

Purestar heard Spottedbelly's soft voice. She pricked up her head with slight delight. 'Yes, Spottedbelly mother is here. Talk with her.' she hesitated to say more. Looking back up at the sky.

'I am so proud of both of you, if only I were there now!' she congradulated them both EQUALLY.

Purestar cocked her head to one side. 'but mom... I have messed everything up. Were raidning tonight.' she said, her paws outstreatched.

Out from the undergrowth stormed in Leopardtail, a ThunderClan warrior. 'What have you done to our leader Moonstar!' she wailed. Out from behind her came Jadepaw, eyes filled with tears as she gazed at the lifeless body of Moonstar.

I felt so confused. I wanted to just leap away into the woods-or run to the nursery and check on Sunkit and Wolfkit. I had no idea of what this beautiful starclan cat was doing before Purestar, and I was confused as to what Purestar was saying. The two ThunderClan cats that had run into camp startled me. I knew I should do something, but I was to frightened. I just waited for a yowl to erupt from a warrior in my Clan.

Purestar glared down at Leopard tail. 'We? we have done nothing.' she hissed softly. Then looked down at Jadepaw.
Purestar leaped off of the highrock and settled beside her. She licked her ear softly. 'I'm sorry. Jadepaw, your mother is in S-starclan' she whispered softly.

Moonstar whispered in Jadepaws ear, 'Don't worry. Everythings going to be just fine.'
Jadepaw stood in shock, she didn't know what to say, 'Mother... What will I do without you?'
'You will be fine. Everything will be ok.'

Purestar looked into Jadepaws eyes, and realised how foolish she had been acting. She was sure Moonstar's kits need the most comforting. She nuzzled Jadepaw softly, curling her tail around her.
'Mother...I'm sorry for acting so kein.' she whispered.

More then ever I wanted to just walk away. I tried my best to asess the situation though. Moonstar was dead, killed by dogs, and her daughter and fellow ThunderClan warrior had come to get her. The leader was here in spirit though. Purestar was bloody and insane, while on the bigstone talking to a starclan cat that was supposedly her mother. But now she was comforting Moonstar's kin. ...And where am I...?

'Spottedbelly, don't be frightened with these past occurances. It was all fate chosen by StarClan.' Whiteflower said trying to confort the confused she-cat.

"Who are you?" I growled, almost in a hiss.

'I am your mother Whiteflower.' she said confidently.

Hatred filled my head, and I was certain that it was showing in my eyes. "You can't be serious. I have never heard of you, ever," I growled.
