Starpaw looked up at the moonlit sky, she was suppose to be hunting, but couldnt get Darkpaw's words out of her head, When I become a warrior, I'll wait for you., He was going to be pronounced a warrior tommarow night. She on the otherhand had a moon or so to go. She tryied to focis on the hunt but his words sounded serious. She knew if they got to gether, other people would spen there lives trying to separate them. She had been the leader's only daughter, and he had been the Shadowclac's leader's only son. They were of differnt clans, but he hadnt cared, he didnt really even care if that meant breaking the warrior code! She smelt a familare scent and zoned in, she looked upon the weeds near the river, Water voles, and there were 3 of them. She got into her pounce position and swept in for her final move. Happy to get all three voles, she buried them and pondered off. She got the prey, now she could think. There was much tension between Her clan (Riverclan), Windclan, and Shadowclan, Our leader, Scarstar, had predicted a fight would come soon. And she felt the same way. She wouldnt want to fight her friends in the other clans. She decided to get her prey and return home.

The next day she went on patrol. they patroled the shadowclan border. As soon as they got there, all they could smell was shadowclan crossing borderes. "Greenleaf! Shadowclan!" She screamed. She turned and whispered to Talonpaw and she ran off to get more warriors. Four warriors and Two apprentices, fox dung, Darkpaw! she tried to avoid him, battling the warrior next to her. " ha ha, go back to the nursery." I bit back my response and ran toward the back of him and lept on his sholders, shreding his flanks and sholder blades. he hissed and threw me off. He went to battle another warrior. I battled two more warriors till i was worn out and they wen tbattlein gelse where. I backed up and ran into another cat, She turned around hissing ready to attack. The opposing cat was Darkpaw, I kept my position. "I... I can't" he let his gaurd down. I got furious, we cant get along, we cant be together. "Come on! Come on!" I bared through my teeth. hissing at him, i started to cry. I couldnt do it eather. greenleaf stared over at me appaled but was quickly attacked by another warrior. black heart of Shaodwclan was really mad and lannchd at me. I gasped caught off gaurd. darkpaw gasped as well, but before he could come to me he was attacked too. I hissed. "Stay away fomr him, he is not Riverclan! You are not Shadowclan, get it right!" he braced. I slashed with claws outstreached. he scuried off. I saw darkpaw struggling. I ran over and knocked green leaf off him. He stared after me i surprize. I hissed, "There is nothing between us, You arnt riverclan, im not shadowclan, leave me alone." the battle was over, and i stomped off regreting every word. I hissed as talonpaw padded after me, "darkpaw bothering you? ill put him in his place" "no its fine i can take care of it." When we returned home i was punished. "You turned on your clan, you let a shadowclan apprentice get away, you have showed disloyalty! I have no choice, you have a delayed warrior cerimony" I really expected that." good, dont worry it wont happen again.

After a moon and a half there was two more battles and all where darkpaw (was darkpaw now darkheart) tried to gain my trust, i ignored him at battled him as if anyone would. but he wouldnt throw a paw. I hissed. he became a warrior a long time ago, but i didnt care, or i tried not to. I became a warrior adventually. Then one moon there was a battle and we fought again. but this time I talked to him. "Dark heart, stop, leave me alone" he hissed "stop pushing me away, give em a chance." I slashed him on the face and drew blood. "no" i hissed. and stomped off again. After a while i didnt like him, i hated him, we became enemies. I followed starclan, and ever since i turned him down, he declined starclan. When we died he was the begining of the darkforest and i was an adition to starclan. Even though we hated each other, In starclan i visited him and he liked that. an dthat was the begining of the starclan kit, When i was pregnant. (omg, sorry i got soooo bored so i just finsished it up quickly, and starpaw, darkpaw, yuck to gushy, sorry bout that i just watched a love movie (gross)).
