Spottedstar felt a revolting hatred inside of her gut, towards this place, towards everything. A splash of home-sickness overwhelmed her as she remembered the things that she rarely ever thought about anymore. Her past life and everything she had ever left behind. Colors fused into her brain as she folded over and whited out, only to gain a blurry conscious back to her eyes. Feeling remotely solemn and deeply depressed, she kneaded her claws into the soil. She wretched again, while completely oblivious to the outside world. The vile smell of her vomit filled her nostrils briefly before she threw her head to the side, stretching out her neck. She felt withered now and shivered terribly again, as if her spine had snapped. That same smell that she had tried vainly to get away from still haunted her. Her brain numbly identified it. Water? Her muddled thoughts whirled awfully about. It smelled like tainted water. Could this be the thing that was making her sick? Was it poisoning her; giving her hallucinations? She felt a rush of hot blood at her forehead. Her vision went blurry again to an altogether blindness. Coughing faintly and gasping for air, Spottedstar closed her eyes shut again and waited for the dizziness to pass. Fear pulsed through her veins as the feelings did not go away. Pressing herself close to the earth, and almost to the point of her mind thinking that she would be conjoined to the ground, it passed. She raised shakily to her paws, looking down all the while. Unbalanced and wobbly, she tottered to the side, woozy. Her thoughts spun for it was trying to grasp what was truly going on. If it was the water, then why was this coming so suddenly? Poison effects don't randomly come about. They take time to be broken down and passed into the blood-stream, and then of course there are always the ever dreaded symptoms. She would have felt them long ago. Confusion melded into her brain to then remain there for the rest of the night.
