Gatherings:
Any leader is free to start the gathering on the day of the full moon. It will continue for about 3 - 7 days untill everyone's had a fair chance to attend, and then it's wrapped up after the leaders get the butts in motion.

I hope this clears up any confusion that may have sprouted.
