"Mm," was all she said, no longer seeing the point for any real dialogue on her part since he left so suddenly. Eating, she thought, Well I may as well stay. I'm welcome, I suppose... And I did just have pay deducted from my job just to follow Zenick here. She stretched and heard her muscles crack quietly in her shoulders and back. Although, thinking about it, it felt kinda weird to be in his house while he was taking a freaking shower. They were barely even acquaintances. Ureu shook off the thought and sighed. "Ugh," she murmured.

Zenick easily menovered his room and house, ending back in the bathroom with clean clothes in no time. He started it with little mishap, undressing promptly.

The shower only took him 10 minutes tops in a effort to save water, and he slipped into the majority of his clothes. Zenick sighed heavily, pulling the door open and decending down the steps, shirtless. "Hey Ureu...?"

Ureu had finished her sandwich and was cleaning the plates quickly in the sink when Zenick came down. She was focused on the water hitting it that she didn't look up until he called her name. "Oh God," she said under her breath as she looked back down at the sink quickly. "Yeah?" she said, scrubbing the plates harder than ever with the cloth she had found dangling off the faucet.

Zenick shifted, running a hand through his wet mop. The strands stuck together in sodden clumps, makes holes in his bang-sheild that often covered his eyes. He held out his other hand, tee in palm. "Yeah... kinda need help. Its all tangled and inside outed...," he asked softly, scratching at the back of his head, like a sheepish 10 year old. He hated when he couldnt do this stuff on his own.

Ureu strained to wear a straight face as she turned to take his shirt from his hand. She breathed out and began unknotting it quickly. How embarrassing, she thought. Ureu thought of many other things while she was fixing the tee-shirt. Perverted, helpless, was-asking-for-it, and multiple other words and phrases flashed through her mind. She sighed when she grabbed the corner of the shirt and pulled it through the collar to turn it outside in. What did it matter anyway? So what if he wasn't wearing a shirt. You see guys shirtless at the pool all the time along with everyone else, she thought, a little ashamed. But of course, somehow, and knowing that plenty of other people would agree with her, this was different, but he was also blind. He needed help. Getting over the situation to the best of her sensible abilities, she placed the straightened tee back into his hand and tried her best to smile, really just for her since he couldn't see it. "There," she said helpfully.

Ureu yawned and rolled her shoulders, suddenly tired. She looked at Zenick blatantly and said, "Yeah, I am. Since I took this stuff out and used it myself, I just thought it would be courteous of me if I cleaned it up instead of leaving it for you and your sister, thank you." Her eyes half-closed, she turned off the faucet and then turned directly to Zenick, relieved that he was now fully clothed. "What time is it anyways?.." she said to herself, looking about for a clock or something.

Ureu blinked. Noway I've been here this long... she thought, amazed. It felt like only an hour or so since she left the cafe with Zenick. Rubbing her still throbbing hand, Ureu sighed. No wonder she was tired. Quickly she began calculating and thought of her own apartment for a second. "Oh goodness," she sighed, weaving back to the counter. She didn't want to go, this was ten times better then her boring white clinic of an apartment.

The boy titled his head to the side, wondering what she was 'oh goodness'ing. "Whut, something up? You have to fill me in on these things," Zenick responded non-chalantly, hopping up onto the counter so he was sitting. Before he could get anything more out of his mouth, the tumblers in the front lock began to work, and the door swung open. The girl's hair was styled to be a mess - like a crows nest - and her outfit was casual and resembled Zenick hoodie look to the point where you could tell it was the same store.
"Zen, I need a drag. Know where they are?" she snapped swiftly, oblivious to Ureu.

Zenick made a soft noise in his throat before responding, "No. They should be on your bedside table though."
"Your useless Zens..," was the girls response before the climbing the stairs, leaving the smell of alchol and smoke in her wake. He sighed, shifting unknowingly into Ureu.
"Ah, sorry. Didn't know you where there," he apologized softly in his normal voice level, "Crow's normally good but she gets wasted fast. Never sober when you actually need her. How you can tell, is by the way her hair is styled."

"Sure..." Ureu said quietly, watching Crow ascend up the stairs. Putting a hand on her hip and leaning against the counter, she continued, "I'll take your word for it since I've only just seen her--Reminds of my 26 year-old brother down south. He is the exact same, except he carries marijuana everywhere and does other things..." She said almost casually, not quite knowing why she was sharing this. She guessed that she was used to men doing those sort of things, kinda why she was startled about Crow. I haven't ever been around girls like that, although--what am I saying? A lot of the women I have to deal with in my complex are whores and alcoholics. Ureu shook off the thought, not wanting to become depressed.

I wanted to stay back here with her, and they let me." Zenick pushed off from the counter, standing absent mindedly in the middle of the kitchen. He wasn't sure what to go from from there.

Haven't seen my family in years, not since I moved here to get away from them." She never thought that she'd be talking about her family to Zenick, today of all days just after meeting him, but oh well. Conversations just happen. Ureu raised her arms above her head and stretched. Green eyes bright, she realized that she still had her apron on from the cafe. She pulled at the strings and let it fall off her waist, then she picked it up and held on to it.

"Ah," was all he replied with, stuffing his hands into his pockets. He titled his head to the side, staring blankly ahead of him. "It's bound to get noisy and unpridectable soon, probablly best for you to leave." He turned on his heel in her general direction, "If your without your rents, then how old--", his sentence dropped as Crow appeared in the doorway, hastily banging her knuckles on the arch.
"Zenzzzz... I need a favor," she asked sugglishly, still totally oblivious to Ureu's presence for the time being.
"What?" Cold and flat.
"Can you go get me some more drags?", she asked in fake sincerness, suddenly turning to Ureu as she realized her presence in the kitchen. "Cute top," escaped her lips, seeing nothing wrong with her being in the house.

Zenick grunted in response, "No. Go get your own. I don't leave the house after dark." To his amazement she obeyed, turning on her heels and marching out of the house. Zenick folded his arms across his chest, sighing deeply.
"Fine by me," he finally responded, both to Ureu and Crow's-up-and-leaving. Even though he was more comfortable with having another soul in the house, he had nothing to offer her. He turned to go out into the living room, figuring the boom box might be suttle entertainment, but instead found himself with a face-full of fridge. "God fucking damnit!"

Ureu jumped and hurried over to Zenick, hand over her mouth in astonishment. She wasn't that surprised that he hit something else again, but it still made her freak out a little. "Are you okay?" Ureu said worriedly, offering to help him up by grabbing his hand. She took up the initiative then and pulled him to his feet.

He grabbed onto the counter, following it closely till he got to the break for the doorway. He huffed, going through the arch. "Not that used to it all...", he comment softly, using his fingers to feel along the furniture. He got to his knees in front of the stero, pulling out a basket filled mostly with burnt cd's with hand written labels.

Still holding onto her apron from work, she followed Zenick into the living room and looked around casually. She had been in here before but she hadn't had the time, let alone the nerve to survey it. She blinked and looked over at him to see what he was doing. Nodding once or twice, she was content with the idea of music. Putting her fingers to her temples then she closed her eyes briefly. A random headache. Comes right after stressful situations or days. Ureu sat down on the couch and tried to relax.

Zenick sighed heavily, brushing his bangs out of his eyes. He shakily got to his feet, carrying the basket over to her. "Panic! and some other shit... got to read the labels." He worked his way to sit beside her, shifting himself forward so he could rest his elbows on his knees. Crow's coat was thrown over the back of the couch, and it slid down onto his back. He grimmaced, knowing the fuzzy parka anywhere, wondering silently when she would come storming back, frozen to death.

Ureu set the basket on her lap and began to look through it warily. While she did shocks of her black hair came loose from behind her ear and fell in her face. She raised a finger naturally and flicked the locks back behind it again. Blinking, she raised her head, holding a CD in her hand that blatantly read Panic! on the cover. She handed it over to Zenick and laughed warmly, "Anything Panic! is a friend of mine."

Zenick nodded in agreement, feeling the plastic in his hand. "True dat," He took it, kneeling in front of the stero. The never turned it off cause the power button was shot, so he inclined the volume, sending whatever was playing blareing. "You... me... they hurt us~", he turned it down slightly, fiddling for the disk ejection. The t.a.t.u. CD popped out and he set it into of the system, throwing the Panic! cd in it's place. The stero wheezed slightly, squeaking as it read the cd before clicking in rejoice. Zenick grabbed the remote off the top, walking it back to her. "Up to you."

She laughed, still tired but happy to be around somebody else. She disliked how she was usually off to herself all the time. All her friends were down south and she was too shy and disdainful really to attempt to make new friends here. Not to mention, she wasn't the biggest fan of the people around the school. Then she blinked, curious as to her own sudden mood change. She sighed and held the remote in her hand, wondering if perhaps she was getting ready to turn into PMS-up-and-down-mood-swings B**ch mode soon. "Heheheh..." She laughed humorlessly, amazed at her own self.
